With a doctorate in molecular and cellular biology, Amal holds the position of project manager with more than 10 years of experience in clinical research in the field of urology-oncology. In her essential role, she assumes several responsibilities. She reviews all proposed research protocols, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of scientific rigor and ethical compliance. Her dedication and scientific expertise allow her to carry out research protocols.

Brigitte Brisson
Within the urology-oncology team since 2007, Brigitte Brisson has held the position of auxiliary nurse. At the forefront of her responsibilities is patient recruitment. Brigitte diligently follows up with patients, maintaining a patient-centered approach throughout the research journey.

Anaïs Ducoulombier
Anaïs Ducoulombier, a research nurse with 10 years of nursing experience, has been an integral part of the Urology-Oncology clinical research team since 2021. Anaïs plays an essential role in patient recruitment, leveraging her compassionate approach to ensure the participation of eligible patients in various clinical studies.

Silivina Garabisca
Silvina Garabisca plays a role in data entry, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of essential research records. In addition, Silvina is sure to act as a link between the research team and the various clinical departments of the CHUM.

Vikie Lamontagne
WIth a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Vikie serves as a research coordinator specializing in regulatory affairs. Her role involves monitoring regulatory affairs, in order to allow the clinical research protocol to proceed with respect for patients by applying the requirements of national and international regulatory bodies.

Loubna Al-Zoobi
A research professional, holder of a doctorate in immunology from the University of Montreal, she plays an essential role as a Research agent responsible for regulatory affairs within the urology-oncology team since her arrival in 2021.

Esperance Mukawera
An integral part of the team since 2020, Esperance Mukawera is a research agent responsible for laboratory sample management. She ensures that all the necessary tools are available for the conduct of current studies.

Sotha Or
As part of the Urology-Oncology Clinical Research team since 2020, Sotha is responsible for data management. She plays a crucial role in the complex data entry process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of research records.

Claire Piquet
Claire Piquet, an experienced research nurse with an impressive 12 years of experience in oncology, and has been an integral part of the Urology-Oncology clinical research team since 2021. At the heart of her responsibilities is patient recruitment and follow-up throughout their participation in the research protocols.

Pénélope Philippe
Pénélope Philippe is a dedicated research agend and has been an integral part of the urology-oncology clinical research team since 2020. She plays a key role in providing essential administrative support to the urology-oncology research team.

Aline Chery
Aline Chery, certified as a clinical nurse for nearly 15 years, with experience in oncology spanning ten years. Aline is in charge of several research protocols including patient recruitment, supporting patients until the end of their participation in clinical trials and ensuring close monitoring throughout their participation.

Jessica Lecourt
Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science at Université du Québec à Montréal, Jessica brings a strong academic background in physical activity sciences and kinesiology to the team. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity Intervention, earned in 2023, she has been dedicated to the field for several years and is eager to contribute to innovative research.
